SITE MANAGER
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Responsible for the planning, execution and management
of project including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring
and controlling and closing of project
-To ensure project complete within time, cost, quality,
health and safety's requirements as well as total
client's expectations
-Ensure to tap the best performance and output by
sub-contractors
of project including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring

REQUIREMENTS
-Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Architecture,
Constructiion, or other equivalent qualification
-Knowledge in contracts, costing and civil and structural
design will be an advantage
-At least 15 years of working experience in related field,
of which at least 5 years must be involved in high-rise
building construction
-Based in Kota Kinabalu and willing to be transferred to
other work site when required
-Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001
management systems
-Knowledge in MS Office i.e Excel, Words, AutoCad
and C&S design software will be an advantage
-Strong organizational skills, resourceful and able to
manage contractors and handle multiple projects
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is
prerequisite. Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage
-Independent, initiative, able to work under pressure and
demanding work requirements with tight construction
schedules
