CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENT

-Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any fields.
-Malaysian Citizen
-Experience not necessary as training will be provided
(some sales experience will be an added advantage)
-Able to work on shift
-Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Bahasa
Malaysia (ability to speak Mandarin or other Chinese dialects
will be an added advantage)
-Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

THE JOB

-To execute day-to-day customer service operation including
answering calls, attend to customer's inqury, liase with
other CSR members in different locations
