  • Memiliki STPM / DIPLOMA
  • Memiliki sekurangnya 2 - 3 tahun pengalaman
  • Jujur, Berdisiplin dan Bermotivasi.
Job Responsibilities: Administration & HR
1. Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements
2. Office inventory tracking and control
3. Manage the repair and maintenance of office equipments
4. Maintain insurance coverage & renewal of company’s trading documents
5. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
6. Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
7. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
8. Manage the database filing, storage and security of documents
9. Administer the office library
10. To assist in administration of Human Resource initiatives and policies

General
1. To execute any other duties as assigned by The Management.
2. To conduct your-self in proper manner, always displaying high moral etiquette, integrity, honesty, dependable and diligence, cooperating with the rest of the staff, so as to project a good self image and uphold the good name of the company.
3. You are encouraged to participate in the company's Personal Development program. This program is the company's initiative to provide training and career development to all employees.
4. You are encouraged to continuously develop, sharpen and enhance your current skills and knowledge to be able to provide excellent service to the company and its clients.
