KERJA KOSONG SABAH 2020

Vacancy : Accounts Executive
Responsibilities :
Prepare full set of accounts
Perform accounting data entry
Maintain proper filing of financial records
Perform reconciliation of payable, receivable and bank balances
Prepare month end statements to debtors

Requirements :
Familiar with accounting system like UBS/Autocount
Computer literate : Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently

Vacancy – Office Administrator
Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and other communications.
Manage office documents filing system.
Maintain office supplies inventory.
Keep staff attendance record.
Organize and maintain office common areas.
Perform general office clerk duties and errands.

Requirements:

Able to communicate in BM and English fluently.
Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Good data management skill.
Familiar with the operation of office equipments.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Possess own transport is an added advantage.

Working hours :
Monday to Friday : 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday : Off
