REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- Good Communication and writing skills : Bahasa Melayu and English
- Computer/ IT literate (Words, Excel, Social Media, etc)
- Age : 20 - 40
- Knowledge in Tourism Industry (esp Sabah & Sarawak)
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities. - Good Attitude, Friendly, Teamwork
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
- Assist in daily administrative works
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company's admin requirement and practices
- Assist and Attend to indoor sales and customer enquiries.
- Answer in and outgoing calls
- Provide travel information on historical places to tourists.
- Resolve and handle tourists’ travel problems and issues.
- Contact individuals and groups to inform them of package tours; or provide tourists with travel or transportation information.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
SALARY:
Basic : RM 1,500.00
+ Commission
+ Allowance
WORKING HOUR:
Monday to Friday : 08.30 - 16.30
Saturday : 08.30 - 13.30
