REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least STPM / Diploma / Advanced Diploma.(Diploma Accountancy)
- Good Communication and writing skills : Bahasa Melayu and English
- Computer/ IT literate (Words, Excel, etc)
- Age : 20 - 40
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities. - Good Attitude, Friendly, Teamwork - Great interpersonal and communication skills and resourceful and willing to learn
- Fresh graduates and experienced are welcomed!
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
- Perform data entry, general accounting- Maintain full sets accounts in accordance with relevant accounting standards
- Responsible for the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- To perform banking, utilities, and payments.
- Updating cash flow and prepare payment vouchers and other records.- Manage month end, quarterly and year end closing
- Preparation of year-end audit schedules
- Preparation bank reconciliation
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Preparation of financial reports
- Posting of invoices and payment vouchers
- Filing and update documents.
- Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
SALARY:
Basic : RM 1,800.00
+ Commission
+ Allowance
WORKING HOUR:
Monday to Friday : 08.30 - 16.30
Saturday : 08.30 - 13.30
