Technician (Mechanical) – DS_NET201504

Requirements

Must possess at least a certificate/diploma and/or less than three (3) years of relevant working experience in the applied area / field.

Minimum entry requirement is INSTEP certification PTP1, PTP2, PTP3 (Diploma).

Responsibility

Plan, organize, supervise and perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance work on static and rotary equipment to meet maintenance, operation and shutdown / turnaround schedule.

Carry out overhaul of static and rotary equipment such as compressor, steam turbine, gas turbine, exchanger, column to ensure availability of equipment in supporting smooth operation.

Coordinate and supervise all mechanical installation / modifications work by contractors and others in compliance to standards and specifications to ensure safe work execution.

Identify and review all spare parts replacement list and requirement to ensure availability of spare parts to meet mechanical maintenance program requirement.

Perform monitoring, diagnostic, analyze report and testing rotary equipment to ensure healthy equipment at all time.
