Accounts Executive

Requirement:
• LCCI /CAT / ACCA / Relevant Qualifications in Accounting• 2 - 3 Year of Relevant Experience in Full Set Accounts./ Preparation of Management Accounting / Financial Reports
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience• Proficient in MS Office
• Demonstrate fluency in spoken and written English and Malay additionally Chinese would be an advantage• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.• Able to handle the general office administrative duties as well
• Knowledge of UBS accounting software will be an advantage
• Independent, able to do multi-task, respond to job requirement, meet deadlines

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full time non-exempt position.

  Job Description
You will be responsible for reviewing, compiling and analysing financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.


Responsibilities

 • Handling full sets of accounts, reconciliation, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting and inter-company billing across multiple currencies and exchange rates
 • Lead and manage finance functions – Accounting, Financial Reporting, Revenue Assurance, Costing, Budgeting, Treasury and Tax
 • Responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate monthly management reports and in-depth analysis process
 • Ensure compliance with accounting, internal controls and governance, tax regulation, laws and standards
 • The ideal candidate will have sound communication skills and will have the ability to work to deadlines and work autonomously.
 • Responsible for statutory and tax compliance for the company
